This place suits me perfectly. The wi-fi is great, the indoor swimming pool is refreshing, and the 24-hour reception is helpful. I still remember how the staff helped me with the best taxi during my first stay. Highly recommended! Coming back for Xmas!

We had a new-fashioned grand classic king room with a lovely view of city. The location was great and lovely, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Old Botanic Garden Hamburg. The breakfast was delicious and great, the check in was quick.

The location of the hotel, only a short walk to the shops and restaurants and the tube/rail station. The staff were extremely polite and their English was superb, although I was with a German speaking friend.

The hotel is luxurious with nice rooms - medium sized - and a very comfortable bed and free WiFi. The bathroom was spacious and clean, the shower worked great. The hotel's location is terrific; walk to Jungfernstieg in about 15-20 minutes; cch in 5 minutes.
The bathroom has a frosted glass door with some clear portions - this was a little awkward. Poorly vented as well. The flat screen tv was small - under 30". There was no alarm clock in the room.

Really good Stay with Perfect Service!
Arriving at this lovely hotel, I was greeted by genuinely friendly staff were great to. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with a delicious array of fresh pastries and local specialties. Be sure to explore the serene courtyard for a perfect escape!

Very friendly and efficient staff, perfect location almost next to Hamburg Dammtor station and Hamburg University, very quiet room, very comfortable bed.
For a hotel of this class and price, I would expect bed linen to be changed daily or at least have a small note explaining the reasons that they don't. Note that if you secure your booking with one card and then pay with another, they still reserve to final amount on the card you made the reservation with for a few days!
